Caving!
With no previous experience required, caving is suitable for just about anyone. Many people wonder if they'll become claustrophobic in a cave. This is very unlikely. People who are claustrophobic wouldn't even entertain the idea of caving, let alone think about giving it a go. There are some tight places you have to wriggle through but they are generally very short and not unlike crawling under a bed. It is quite a physical activity but lots of fun and a truly unique experience.

Why do Caving with Us?
We're a bunch of Cavers who take caving very seriously. we're the people who run your Caving Activities professionally, who show you around and know Caves better than anyone. In other words, Professional Cavers from MMadventure.com who have more than 15 years of caving experience and can show you a good time and educate and enlighten you about caves at the same time.

Canyoning (Abseiling at Waterfall)
Canyoning
(also known as canyoneering) is one of the most modern adventure sports that allow us to discover the wonders and mystery of uncontaminated nature. Walking, jumping, swimming you will discover fantastic canyons and face the challenges of incredible gorges. During this unique journey of unforgettable experiences you will be accompanied by Canyoning professionals and expert guides.

For those who have a fear of heights or have difficulty abseiling down on their own, our professional abseilers will abseil down along side them and assist them.

What do you need?
We supply all the equipment except shoes (trekking boots are preferred since they will get wet), Change of clothes, and don't forget to bring a sense of adventure / fun / humor / enthusiasm and a flexible attitude!

Who can participate?
Almost everyone, from 10 years of age and older.

A state in west Malaysia famous for its’ tin ore, and pomelo fruit, Ipoh hor fun, home-grown white coffee, temples, caves and hot springs!

On the river, you’ll have the thrills of tackling exciting rapids and floating down the clear water river amidst a lush rainforest. You will ride the continuous rapids graded from class I-III, and continue down river, passing by some old tin mining plains. Have fun during the rafting like do some body-rafting or even take a spin in the raft with your head in the water....or just get to the traditional fun of water fight with your fellow rafters! Get wet and get in touch with nature once more!

Practical Rafting Tips

What they had to say

All rafters will be given a safety briefing before the ride and will be shown basic backward and forward paddling techniques. Always check that the helmets and life jackets provided fit you well and are not too tight or too loose.

Your life jacket will buoy you in the eventuality of the raft overturning. If you've over-turned close to the river bank, don't use your raft paddle, as you may hit someone else. Do not attempt to use the paddle as a lever against rocks as you risk getting hit by it.

The following are some points to remember:

  • Bring a change of clothes. A warm-up jacket is also a good idea.

  • Wear well-fitting shoes or diving booties

  • Jewellery which cannot be secured firmly should not be worn while rafting.

  • Those wearing glasses are reminded to use an elastic sports sholder to anchor their spectacles.

  • Contact lens users are advised to wear spectacles instead, in order to cut down the risk of their lenses getting contaminated by river water.
