ITINERARY

Tour Code: 40001-A Climb

Daily Departure

Day 1	On arrival, transfer to hotel (2 star) and free and easy.
Day 2	Meet and transfer (0700hrs) to Kinabalu Park the journey will take approximately 2 hours. Enroute passing by villages and a panoramic vista of the valleys of the Crocker Range. On arrival, experience the cool fresh air and the natural ambience of the Park & proceed to Park HQ for registration then proceed to Timpohon gate or Mesilau Treks were you begins your climbing. The trekking will pass by different vegetation zones from Oak and Chestnut to mossy and eventually to alpine type of vegetation. Overnight at Mountain Lodge
Day 3	0200hrs: Early morning wake up and continue ascending to the Summit of Mount Kinabalu. Upon reaching the summit, opportunity to witness the beautiful sunrise and to take photo on the highest point. Climb down to Laban Rata for breakfast before descent down to Timpohon gate where transport will take you the Park HQ to collect your Certificate (pay for your own certificate) and lunch provided by us. Transfer down to Kota Kinabalu.

What to Bring, Suitable walking shoes, warm clothes, wind breaker, long sleeves shirt, change of clothes, drinking water, high energy food, sun block, lip gloss, insect repellent, extra socks, towel, gloves, torchlight, binoculars, toilet paper, camera (Optional), and don't forget to bring sense of adventure / fun / humor / enthusiasm and a flexible attitude!

Special Note, It is recommended that all climbers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any mountain climb. If you have a history of suffering from the following ailments, it is highly recommended that you should refrain from climbing: Hypertension, Diabetes, Palpitation, Arthritis, Heart Disease, Severe Anemia, Peptic Ulcers, Epileptic Fit, Obesity (Overweight), Chronic Asthma, Muscular Cramps, Hepatitis ( jaundice ) or any other disease which may hamper the climber.
