and on receiving your reservation form Our
Team will inform you on your confirmation
status of your tour within 30 minutes to 1
business day (sometimes it might take up
to 3 days if there are holidays falling on
that week or weekend. Deposit
is required for most tours / activities,
it shows in all respective pages. If
there is a discount, it will show in your
Invoice.
Deposit
/ Payment
Once the
seat/s are confirmed, we will send you an
email containing a link where you can
choose to make your payment by credit card
or wire transfer with other details for
your tour.
A deposit of
30% to 50% from the total cost or full
payment is required to secure a seat and
the balance must be paid on/before the
date we assign later. (An email containing a
deposit/payment link will be sent to you once we have
confirmed your seat with an Invoice attached.)

Tours require a deposit as soon as you
submit the booking form

Correct,
after submitting the booking form, please
proceed to the deposit, we have clearly
stated what the guest should do and not.
The
invoice will show the exact price
of the tour (if
there is a discount for the tour booked,
it will show in your Invoice),
what you have seen in our website. It won’t
be any different from what we have
published.
Usually
there are seats available, daily we can
take up to 120 people for Rafting
/ Fireflies / Elephants Sanctuary / City
Tour / Country Tour / Cameron Highlands
Tour (day tour or overnight) / Abseiling /
Hiking in Rainforest
/ Genting Highlands Tour.
In
the worst case scenario, after your
booking & deposit is made, and there
is no place/s available for your requested
date, we will inform you alternative date
and if not possible for you to change the
date, we refund the deposit (100%)
within 24 to 48 hours from the time you
make your deposit.
