A private Kuala Lumpur
City & Country Tour. Kuala Lumpur named after the
confluence of the Klang & Gombak rivers; it started
as a tin-mining settlement in the late 1800s. Kuala Lumpur
was conferred city status on 1st February, 1972 and
declared a Federal Territory in 1974. Today, KL is the
pulse of Malaysia, a bustling modern city with a blend of
old and new.

Selangor Fireflies Tour Watching fireflies in Kuala
Selangor, a coastal town located about 100km North West of
Kuala Lumpur, is an enchanting experience. There is
nothing like cruising on a boat along the river in the
dark of the night to capture the beauty of this natural
wonder with seafood dinner. The fireflies inhabit the
branches of a certain tree, the "Berembang"
which line the riverbank & much more......

Day

Kuala Lumpur - Taman
Negara (approximately 4 hours overland). Overnight at
air-conditioned resort at Taman Negara. Slide presentation
and Night Jungle Walk in the evening.
Day
4 Includes: (B), (L) (D).
In Taman Negara - Full day excursion to Bukit Teresek,
Canopy walk and Lata Berkoh. Bukit Teresek (334 meters)
can be reached in 45 minutes and one can enjoy a panoramic
view of Mount Tahan and the forest canopy. The canopy
walkway stretches about 400 meters and with a height of 40
meters, visitors have a rare opportunity to experience the
wilderness from a vantage point. Lata Berkoh is a
spectacular cascade that marks the limit of easy
navigability on the river. There is a deep pool below the
cascade and a rocky area overlooking the rapids offers an
ideal place to relax.

Depart (0900 hours) for Cameron Highlands (approx 3 hrs). Situated at
1600M ~ 2000M above sea level, Cameron Highlands was
discovered by a British surveyor, William Cameron in 1885
and described as “a fine plateau with gentle slopes,
shut in by lofty mountains”. The largest hill resort
among the several hill stations in the country, the cool
and refreshing air over its undulating valleys and
majestic mountains surround the area of complete beauty of
vast green scenery, sprawling tea plantations, flower
gardens, vegetable farms and fruit orchards are a common
sight. Stop-by at the ‘orang asli’, the aboriginal
people’s houses and see how they live. Check-In at the Country Lodge Hotel, perched at around 1,600 meters above
sea level, surrounded by majestic mountains and gentle
undulating valleys, it is the only resort situated at the
highest accessible point of the highlands.

Day
6 Includes: (B), (L)
Cameron Highland – Kuala Lumpur (approximately 4 hours
by overland and additional 1 hour for KLIA or LCCT). Visit
one of the tea plantations owned by the Boh Plantations to
watch the processing of black tea and later to sample
various kinds of tea in the teahouse. (Note: Tea factory
is closed on Mondays). Also visit the Rose Garden and
Butterfly Farm. After the tea break, we head to local
fruit/vegetable market to see the variety of produce from
this area. Private transfer from Cameron Highlands by mid
afternoon to Kuala Lumpur or Airport.
