Procedure

must be made at least 3 working days in advance

bookings are on prepayment basis. Payment by
credit card (Acceptable Credit Cards are Visa / Master
Card / Amex)

A 4.5% + US$3.00 (RM10.00) e-commerce
charge + service charge will be applied
on all payments made via Credit Card.
Cancellation

refund less 10% credit card processing fee
if booking is cancelled 05 working days before
arrival date.

within 5 working days prior to guest arrival
Liability

Adventure Services shall be exempted on vehicle
transfer liability of any detention, non approval of
Visa Processing (Immigration Points) delays, damage,
sickness, death, accident, injury or whatsoever and by
what ever cause to the client or transfer due to act
of default of the transport company.
Midnight
Charge
An
additional of 20% to 50% surchager will be applied on
top of the cost of your transfer is pick up are made
between 12 midnight to 6AM
No Refund
will be entertained in case of "NO SHOW"
or "UN-USED" Transfer.
