I have just completed a day tour Elephant Sanctuary & Fireflies Tour with Michael from MM Adventure Services and cannot say enough good things. Not only did he completely customise the tour for us (later pick up, different drop off location, threw in Batu Caves visit, was very understanding while we had to go to ATM to get more money out).

He has run this successful company for 14 years now and gave an insightful and intelligent commentary that gave us a cultural immersion in Malaysian life far more than we expected on the tour. We felt in excellent hands the whole time. I understand he is very popular with referrals and recommendations and I would suggest using them as he will go out of his way to share his true passion for service with you. The only thing is don't barter him down and if you want the best tour guide, be a friendly understanding customer too!

His prices are the best value from all my research, plus he is very good at his job and doesn't need to waste time on pain in the butt customers when he has many happy customers to serve.
